We are amazed that Sen. Frank Ginn seemingly has perfected the art of pay for play. In Madison County, there is a project in development that will be a 1,000 acre solar farm.
Sources tell us that Frank immediately started working to make sure they would buy his land. Frank and his family had 550 acres and Frank needed to piece together 450 more acres to be able to offer the needed 1,00 acres.
We were told that Frank quickly reached out to 90-year-old Roy Gandy that had land that could complete the 1,000 acres. Sources tell us that Gandy has been suffering from Dementia for a number of years.
Mr. Gandy lived in a house that was on the land and sources tell us that he didn’t want to leave his house and land. Not long after Mr. Gandy showed no interest, his house caught on fire and severely damaged the garage but left the other part of the house habitable. Reliable sources told us that Frank and company swooped in, took advantage of Mr. Gandy’s dementia, and talked Mr. Gandy into letting Frank arrange for the house to be torn down.
Ginn turned to his friends with “South Fork Construction” to tear the house down. Sen. Ginn tried to bury the house materials but was caught. Ginn didn’t have a permit to dispose of the material from the torn down house. He was forced to obtain one.
It is truly unbelievable that the Senate Ethics Committee is turning a blind eye to Ginn’s behavior and refuse to investigate the 38 ethics complaints that have been filed against Ginn.
We obtained a copy of an opposition research report that was done on Sen. Ginn in 2022. Totally unbelievable that things he has gotten away with. You can read it yourself at the link below.
Sen. Ginn filed for divorce from his wife Robin of more than 25 years on May 19, 2021. Sources tell us that Robin Ginn had breast cancer and was served while she was undergoing Chemotherapy at the medical facility.
We obtained paperwork from the divorce proceedings and his then wife accuses him of infidelity multiple times. Sen. Ginn repeatedly tried to get out of answering her questions about infidelity. Robin Ginn subpoenaed multiple women to answer questions in discovery about their alleged affair with Frank.
One of those subpoenaed was Tonya Powers, Executive Director with Franklin County Industrial Building Authority.
There are also many rumors going around involving Frank and female foreign exchange high school students. We are investigating those rumors and will report back.
