Activist that endorsed Amy Kremer now calls on her to resign or be removed
Claim is she has 10 FEC violations and owes $126,712 in FEC fines
We have previously pointed out that Amy Kremer owed $50,000 in FEC fines. We were wrong, she owes $126, 712 in FEC Fines. We previously pointed out how Mark Williams of Printing Trade Co. claimed she conned him into sending out her campaign mail piece with the promise her husband James was on his way with a check. Come to find out, that he isn’t the only one she owes money to with her political work..

Jan. 6 organizer voted to RNC violated federal election regulations
Excerpt: “Two days before ultraconservative activist Amy Kremer won a surprise victory for a coveted party post, Georgia GOP leaders received an email from a veteran Republican consultant.
The letter from Patrick Krason of FEC Compliance Services warned that Kremer had been fined 10 times by the Federal Election Commission for not submitting reports. He also accused her super PAC of not paying several vendors, including his firm.”
Krason letter -
May 16, 2024
Dear Mr. Chairman, State Committee Members, and GAGOP General Counsel,
My name is Patrick Krason. I write to you to inform you that Miss Amy Kremer, candidate for RNC National Committeewoman from the great state of Georgia is not suited for the position due to the following facts: The Women Vote Smart SuperPAC (FEC ID C00616912) started by Amy Kremer and of which she is listed as Treasurer has $126,712 in outstanding FEC fines due to non-filing of her required reports.
Amy Kremer has been fined ten (10) times by the FEC. Amy Kremer’s SuperPAC owes multiple vendors, including myself, thousands of dollars which she has chosen not to pay while raising and spending donor funds through a variety of organizations and projects whose focus and goal is promoting and legitimizing Amy Kremer.
Those of us who worked for Amy Kremer did so because we support the Republican, MAGA, and Conservative activist communities in working to enact real, positive change in America. We are small business owners, and our work supports families and staff. Our work allows grassroots activists and grassroots organizations to compliantly do their work in a legal, ethical, and professional manner.
I believe the GAGOP is obligated to investigate if Miss Kremer has violated any GA State Party bylaws and if she is even eligible to serve on the RNC given her outstanding, unanswered FEC complaints and fines. I would hope that the GA Republican Party leadership will consider the questions of liability and optics having someone like Amy Kremer representing the Party at the RNC. I have to wonder how having Amy Kremer represent the Party will also affect donor and voter goodwill towards the GA Republican Party.
I cannot imagine having negative stories about Amy Kremer in the national press will be beneficial in the 2024 and 2026 elections. I close hoping state leadership will do the right thing. That this information will be shared with state party delegates, the RNC and the state party committee executive team. I cannot force you to do anything and issue no threats. I only hope that by sending you this information, that a mistake can be avoided, and that the GA Republican Party will be better served by its leaders.
Thank you. Patrick Krason Owner FEC Compliance Services Charleston, WV
Well known Georgia GOP activist, Bill Simon of The Political Vine, actually endorsed Amy Kremer for RNC National Committeewoman.
Imagine our surprise when we were forwarded an email from Bill Simon late last night calling on Kremer to be removed from her RNC position. Kremer’s term doesn’t begin until AFTER the RNC National Convention.
The email was full of important information and excerpts are below:
About That National Committeewoman Race...
Rumors have it that the State Republican Party is going to have to go thru another round of ejecting an unsavory "leader" of the party from its ranks.
Enter Amy Kremer, newly elected National Committeewoman for Georgia.
Two days before last Saturday's State Convention, it appears that GA GOP party leaders received a letter from a political consultant from West Virginia named Patrick Krason of FEC Compliance Services, LLC.
In the letter, Krason revealed that Amy Kremer has been fined "10 times" by the FEC for various campaign finance law violations in connection with a federal SuperPAC named Women Vote Smart.
Kremer is the designated Treasurer of that PAC, and in my review of several of the documents on the FEC site, many of the violations involve the PAC illegally accepting campaign donations from corporations.
In the letter, obtained by the AJC, Krason describes an additional issue aside from the FEC violations:
"Amy Kremer’s SuperPAC owes multiple vendors, including myself, thousands of dollars which she has chosen not to pay while raising and spending donor funds through a variety of organizations and projects whose focus and goal is promoting and legitimizing Amy Kremer. Those of us who worked for Amy Kremer did so because we support the Republican, MAGA, and Conservative activist communities in working to enact real, positive change in America."
For the record, I did send an email to Krason earlier this evening, requesting his research regarding the FEC violation. Krason wrote me back with the following links to a bunch of the related FEC documents:

In any of these PDFs linked above, after you open them, hit the button-combination (for a Windows machine) of CTRL-F, and type in "Women" and you will find each reference to the Women Vote Smart PAC that Kremer is associated with and the related fines.
In Krason's email to me, he said that Amy Kremer's PAC owes his company $3,000, and he also made a reference to Kremer's actions towards other people involved in the MAGA World:
"Her list of unpaid bills, lies, and backstabbing are legendary throughout the MAGA community, especially those activists that were active in DC during the Trump years and those involved in her bus tour prior to January 6th."
PV Note: I did NOT know the existence of this letter until sometime earlier today when someone sent me an email with the AJC story link.
And, YEP! I screwed-up in my recommendation for the National Committeewoman race. It was very late Friday evening/early Saturday morning when I was pounding keys, and I was only looking at what I could readily access via online resumes.
Perhaps I should have simply said "I don't know either of these two women, and I have nothing to offer either way."
However, to try to rectify this, I want to point out that the Ga GOP Rules do have a provision for ejecting people (just like they did for Brian Pritchard) that DO NOT belong in positions of leadership:
AND...those of you who did vote for her, in either the 1st or 2nd round, had you known about all this involving Kremer's repeated fines as managing Treasurer (and deliberately ignoring the federal laws on campaign financing), would you have still voted for her?
Four years is a really long time to have a known, unethical person representing the State Republican Party to the National stage...
(OR...maybe...maybe Amy Kremer could do the honorable thing and resign now?
